Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will be processed within 0–5 business days. Processing includes quality checks, careful packaging, and handover to our courier partner.

📝 Please Note: Custom sarees or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

Shipping Fees

India:
A standard shipping fee applies to all domestic orders. The exact shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International:
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination country and order weight. Final costs will be shown at checkout.

🌍 Important for International Orders: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sanskriti is not liable for these additional costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India
  • Select international destinations (available countries are shown at checkout)

We do NOT ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries or regions not listed at checkout
Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Sanskriti is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failed deliveries due to an unreachable address or absent recipient
Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions or strikes
  • Regional lockdowns or restrictions
  • Adverse weather conditions or national holidays

If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out to us via WhatsApp and we will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Failure to collect the package from courier

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
