Step 1 — Mandatory Opening Video
A clear, continuous, and unedited video of you opening the package is mandatory to raise any return or exchange request. This video serves as proof of the condition in which the product was received.
Please ensure your video:
- Is recorded before or during opening — not after
- Clearly shows the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the product inside
- Is unedited and uninterrupted
- Clearly captures any damage if present
⚠️ Without a valid opening video, return or exchange requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Step 2 — Damage-Based Returns Only
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, as clearly evidenced in the opening video.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color variation due to screen display differences
- Products that are undamaged and as described
Step 3 — Raise Your Return Request
If you receive a damaged product:
- Record your opening video immediately upon receipt
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 81368 00746 within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details and the opening video
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps via email or WhatsApp
Processing Your Return
Once your return request is verified:
- You will be guided through the return/exchange process via email or WhatsApp
- Approved returns will be processed after the product is received and inspected by our team
- Refunds or replacements will be initiated based on product availability and the nature of the damage
Important Notes
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (excluding the damage)
- Sanskriti reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria
